The staff were very helpful. They provided traditional Thai costumes to wear. They assisted with taking pictures in the decorated areas of the hotel. May and Mai were friendly and patient.
Breakfast did not meet my expectations. I expected more for a hotel of this level. I stayed for several days and ate there multiple times. The fruit tasted like onion because of knife usage. The pool area was small.

I found the staff friendly. They were eager to help. the hotel's proximity to the bts station was definitely a plus. i especially appreciated the complimentary drinks upon arrival and the convenient laundry facilities available. i really enjoyed my stay and would return.
the gym hours felt restrictive. they close too early in the evening for a late workout.

breakfast included various options. fresh fruit was available daily. the coffee machine delivered excellent espresso, and i could see the care put into the food preparation, the dining area was clean.

my room featured a japanese toilet. the kitchenette included essential amenities. the space felt generous, and i found it easy to relax, the room was designed with modern aesthetics in mind.

The rooftop terrace offered quiet views. the pool had ample loungers. It provided a refreshing escape. the lounge included games for children, and i think it added a family-friendly touch, i found the facilities well-kept.
